PRICES, DELIVERY CHARGES AND PROMOTIONS

Prices are correct at the time of publication, however Grahams Logs and Timber reserves the right to change these at any time. 

Delivery charges will apply to orders outside the free delivery zone of 20 miles from the Grahams Logs Headquarters, if you are unsure, please contact the team directly before placing your order. 

All prices are shown in GBP British Pound Sterling and include VAT

Promotions and Discounts will remain on the website when valid, promotions and discounts can only be used for the valid period of time, they cannot be bought and then booked in for months later in advance. 

PAYMENT

Goods remain the property of Grahams Logs and Timber until payment has been received in full

All debit card payments made online will be through our card machine holders Take Payment’s

Please note we do not accept American Express Credit Cards 

DELIVERY 

Once your order has been placed a member of the team will contact you within 48 hours Monday – Friday to discuss delivery dates. Although we aim to have your order booked in and scheduled for delivery within 10 working days of the booking, this is not always practical in our busiest periods and lead times may result in you waiting up to 20 working days. 

Delivery will be made to the delivery address that you selected when you placed the order and will usually take place between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00. Sometimes our delivery times may be outside of this time scale due to events out of our control. 

Delivery of items will be to a suitable point on your property. While we endeavour to meet your delivery expectations, any movement of the goods on your property is at the driver’s discretion. If you have asked us to enter your property to deliver goods , we will not be liable for any damage that might occur during the delivery. Please note drivers will not enter your property unless asked to. Once you have confirmed this after the first delivery they will then enter your property for any foreseeable deliveries unless stated not to by a written method  

We reserve the right to not carry out deliveries out on any ground that is not deemed as safe for our vehicles or drivers. If you are aware of any obstructions on your delivery date please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your delivery.

 If there becomes a failed delivery due to access issues this may result in a charge of 50% of your order total.  

Grahams Logs does not accept any responsibility for any good that are stolen or damaged after delivery. If you would like your firewood or sawn timber leaving without being in this is at your discretion.

Courier Service Delivery 

Available nationwide (mainland UK, Excluding Highlands and Islands)

This is available for all firewood products (please contact the team)

Dependant on our courier service used, we cannot guarantee a date for delivery until at the time the booking is placed. Dates can be requested and an extra charge.

Please note that all courier service deliveries are kerbside only 

Collections

Our Yard is open 5 Days a week for collections for all of our sawn timber and firewood. 

You can use our website to place an order for collection or call us on 01388 833821.

Please note that if you arrive without placing an order, items may not be in stock and available to collect that day, this will always be subject to availability. 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have a complaint about any of your products, please notify the office within 24 hours of delivery. You can do this by contacting 01388 833821. The office will then request videos/ photographic evidence and statement of what is wrong with the goods. This will then be passed onto management and hopefully resolved within 5 working days

RETURNS, REFUNDS & AMENDMENTS

Customers have the right to cancel their order at any time before the goods are dispatched. 

Amendments can be made to your order up to 48 hours before the delivery date 

We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee on our sawn timber and firewood depending on the circumstances

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strikes, lock outs, accidents, fire, breakdown of plant, machinery or shortage of raw materials from a natural source of supply.
